European Regulation No. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the processing of personal data provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Pursuant to Article 13 of EU REG. 2016/679, we therefore invite you to take note of the information.

Processing methods
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerised and telematic form and entered into the relevant databases, which can be accessed by those responsible for data processing. The data may also be processed by third parties who provide specific processing, administrative or instrumental services necessary for the achievement of the above purposes. All data processing operations are carried out in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of personal data.
Period of data retention by purpose
Data are processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed. Data relating to the details of purchases with reference to identifiable customers shall be kept for profiling or marketing purposes for a period not exceeding, respectively, twelve and twenty-four months from their registration, subject to actual transformation into anonymous form that does not allow, even indirectly or by linking other databases, to identify the persons concerned.
Personal data (personal, contact, contractual and pre-contractual) related to contractual relationships with customers of Fonte Torre società agricola semplice are stored in accordance with the law for civil, fiscal, accounting and administrative purposes, to provide evidence in case of litigation and to meet specific requests by the competent authority.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this period, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
Rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22 of EU REG. 2016/679
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, the User concerned has the right:
a. to have access to their personal data, to receive information on the data processed and to receive a copy of it (art. 15);
b. to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her (art.16);
c. to obtain the deletion of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay under the conditions indicated in Art. 17;
d. to limit the processing of their data in the presence of the conditions referred to in Article 18;
e. to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data processed for direct marketing purposes and to the processing of profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing (Art. 21)
f. where the processing has its legal basis in consent, to withdraw consent at any time, without any prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal;
g. to the portability of one's own data (art.20), i.e. to receive one's own personal data provided to the Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit them to a different Data Controller without hindrance from the Data Controller to whom one has provided them. When exercising his or her rights in relation to data portability, the Data Subject also has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one Data Controller to another, if technically feasible;
h. to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority or to take legal action.
