Refund policy

Return due to change of mind

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange of the purchased item for another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.  

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only normal price items can be refunded, unfortunately promotion items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, in case of a positive outcome, we will agree on the refund modalities.

 

Replacements 

We only replace items if they do not comply with the photos and descriptions or if they are damaged during transport. For a replacement with the same item, please send us an email to: societaagricolafontetorre@legalmail.it .

After our confirmation you can send the article to be replaced to:

Return Shipment

To return the product, you must send it to:

Shipping costs for the return of the item are to be paid by the purchaser. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
