Shipping cost

The cost of shipping the order may vary depending on the delivery location, over time, based on market conditions and other variables. The user is always able to know the shipping cost of the order before payment, after entering the shipping destination.

Shipping in Italy is free for orders with a total value greater than € 100.00.

 

Shipping time 

The delivery time of the goods is indicated as 24 hours from the moment the order is placed, taking the first working day into account.

Delivery times for national shipping

Delivery times from the time of notification by email of the shipment are within 24/48 hours for Italy and 72 hours for the smaller islands and inconvenient locations.
Deliveries are made exclusively on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9 am to 6 pm.

International shipping 

Fonte Torre s.a.s. offers the possibility of shipping outside the national territory, according to the modalities provided in the pages of the website. For this kind of orders the above mentioned conditions are not guaranteed. This possibility may be limited in time and space at the discretion of the company itself. The courier for international shipments may vary according to the best economic and market conditions. The choice of the courier for international shipments is up to Fonte Torre s.a.s.
